Let’s just say I was the patient you just didn’t want to see today. I complained about everything from the time I walked in the door. I was asked to pay a ridiculous high bill before service was even rendered. I refused. They politely dealt with my refusal. I complained about having to come back 3 times for a tooth that wasn’t even bothering me. I was quite annoyed. Everyone I encountered made sure I was comfortable for my visit. Everyone was very professional and I felt like they cared or at least understood how I felt. I would like to thank Kianna, Kim, Audrey, Dr Cho, and Dr Hans for a great experience. I highly recommend this office. I was completely satisfied when I left.
